Where is my package?

After you place your order, it typically takes 24 to 48 hours to process, followed by 3 to 5 days for delivery within the UK. If your package has not arrived within this time, please contact our customer service. In case of postal delays or a high volume of shipments (especially during holidays), delivery times may extend to 6-12 days.

Where can I find my order’s tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. Please check your spam folder if it’s not in your inbox. It may take some time for the Track & Trace link to become active.

How can I track the progress of my order?
